Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

If you are unsatisfied with your bundle, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund.

All refunds must be requested 30 days from purchase.

Course Keys: Purchases of assessments with key codes are only refundable if the key code has not been used.

Digital Downloads: Purchases that contain paid digital downloads are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Coaching: Purchases that have personal coaching sessions are refundable only if:

a) The coaching session has not been scheduled or occurred within the established time-limit of the coaching purchase.

b) Refund is requested 48 hours prior to any scheduled coaching session and under the established time-limit of the coaching purchase.

c) The coaching session is not part of any bundled course, digital product download or other product offering.

Courses: A course maybe refunded within 30 days of purchase provided the course has not been taken.

My bundle includes a key code for an assessment, how do I get or will receive my key codes?
